Professional office and Maintenance staff. Very Clean. Lots of amenities. All repairs done on time. No issues with neighbors. Lots of open space for walks. Dog park onsite. My family enjoys living here and the amenities.
A great, diverse community with excellent Management and Maintenance teams despite the challenges of COVID! Great amenities and groundskeeping! Highly recommend living here. Very dog friendly. Special events when possible hosted by Management. Also, many police officers and sheriffs reside here, so very safe.
My spouse and I have lived in this community for nearly 14 years. We enjoy the pool each summer and enjoy meeting friends in the pool are when swimming season ends. We have met many great people over the years. We love this area. We are close to stores, restaurants and beaches.
I have been happy living here so far and whenever I have a question or need help with anything Stacy is always so kind, attentive and helpful! Any time I see her she is always smiling and No matter what it is I may need help with, Stacy finds an answer for me and it makes things much easier.
